Where is my order?
On average we ship packages 2 days after your order. From there, it takes one day to reach the sorting facility. After that each location is different: for EU orders it typically takes 5 working days, for Spain it typically takes 2 working days.
If you have not received your shipping information from the courier 5 days after your order, shoot us an email at palomaplanners@gmail.com and we will be happy to track it for you.
What is the Returns policy?
We offer 30 days of free returns for whatever reason. We only accept products unused, with no marks or writing on them.
Where are your products manufactured?
We manufacture all our products in Spain, in limited edition designs.
