Our Story

We started Paloma Planners with one purpose - help you achieve your goals and live a happy fulfilled life. We do this by focusing on a holistic approach - improve your productivity, cultivate gratitude, foster mindfulness and build healthy routines. Our planners were developed using research-supported frameworks that enable you to improve your daily productivity and easily integrate positive habits into your everyday life, to build a routine you will stick to.

Our Vision

At Paloma Planners we believe that a happy and fulfilled life comes from within - through our journals we encourage daily affirmations, to help you set the stage for a productive day and frequent reflection at the end of the day, for a greater mindfulness and self-awareness. We combine this, with time management tools, our prioritisation method and frequent check-ins on your goals, to ensure you are achieving everything you set your mind to.

Shipping and Returns

Once we receive your order, we aim to ship it within 24 to 48 hours. After this, our delivery partners will send it to you typically within another working day, and you should receive it after 48-72h in Spain and 7 to 14 days in the European Union and United Kingdom.

You will receive tracking information once the parcel is with our delivery partners. If for any reason you haven't received it within the 5 working days following your order, feel free to email us at [email protected]

Our delivery partners typically attempt the delivery 3 times. If it is impossible to deliver the order due to the customer's absence, the order may be returned to the warehouse. However, the courier will leave a notice explaining where the order is and how to arrange a redelivery.

If the order was not able to be delivered, please reach out to you. Once the order has been returned to us, due to our delivery partners not being able to deliver your order, we will automatically issue a re-fund. Refunds take approximately 5-7 working days to be processed and for the payment to be returned to the original payment method.
